Hospice & Community Care is a non-profit organization dedicated to caring for people who are terminally ill in a special way. Our focus is on treating the person, not the disease. We provide on-going support for families and our community. Since 1985, we have been serving patients and their families in York, Chester, Lancaster, Cherokee, Union and Fairfield Counties.

Our mission is to give hope, comfort and compassion to our community when needed most.
