Caring Bridge

United Way
Hospice & Community Care was founded in Rock Hill in the early 1980s to bring the Hospice concept of compassionate caring to the people of York County and the surrounding communities.

Over the years we have helped thousands of terminally ill people live their final months in a comfortable, caring atmosphere. We are a non-profit agency, which means that we are driven by our mission of caring for our community and community members are stakeholders in our organization.

All of our revenue goes directly toward helping patients, their families and our community at large. Hospice & Community Care services are available to people of all ages, religion or race and provided regardless of their ability to pay.
