For four decades, Hospice & Community Care has been dedicated to serving our community with Hope, Comfort, and Compassion. As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we invite you to join us for a special Veterans Day Service on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the Veteran Garden.

During this tribute, we will honor the Veteran patients we have been privileged to serve , recognize all Veterans cared for by our agency, and hold a blessing ceremony for the newly placed Tour of Duty Stones—a lasting tribute to their service and sacrifice.

How to Participate
We encourage families to bring a photo of their loved one to display next to their Tour of Duty Stone during the ceremony. If you would like to attend or purchase a commemorative dog tag, please use the below form to register by October 15!
