Adjusting and Anticipating: Preparing for Loss


 Whether it be a health diagnosis, retirement, a child going off to college, or moving away, many of us experience grief before the loss. This type of grief is called anticipatory grief and can feel as overwhelming as the grief felt after the loss. Join us to learn about and talk through ways to cope with anticipatory grief.
