Hope & Remembrance Service
Every year in the spring and fall, Hospice & Community Care invites all members of the community to attend our Day of Remembrance so that we can pay tribute to our loved ones in an atmosphere of celebration and hope. A non-denominational service is accompanied by uplifting music and a candle lighting ceremony.
The Hope & Remembrance service is an event where families can gather to honor to their loved ones together. Most people who have attended these services how found them to be a very meaningful and healing experience. We invite the community to join us as we remember all of our loved ones, no matter how long it has been since our losses. After the service, we invite everyone to join us for a reception and to help us in decorating our Tree of Remembrance that will remain as a tribute to our loved ones.
