Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House

Hospice & Community Care's Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House is a facility that is available for patients unable to be cared for in their homes. This will not replace any of our home-based hospice programs, but will add another facet to what we are able to offer patients in need of hospice care.

Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House Rock Hill, SC

House Plans

Situated on 10 acres land off of India Hook Road in Rock Hill, SC, the site for Hospice & Community Care’s campus provides the perfect blend of convenience and serenity. The location offers easy access to major transportation routes and other health care facilities, but is also in reasonable proximity to residential areas in which the design of the Hospice House will fit perfectly. The acreage allows for a desired buffer from surrounding activity and the maintenance of natural space.

The Hospice Campus includes the 16-bed Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, community building and Marie's Sanctuary as well as gardens. The development of the campus is the result of over eight years of planning by Hospice & Community Care and is consistent with our mission to serve the hospice and end-of-life care needs of the York, Chester, Lancaster, Cherokee, Fairfield and Union County communities we serve. The components of the Hospice Campus offer the very best in physical, social, emotional and spiritual care for people with terminal illness, and their families.
