Hospice & Community Care Gardens
Hospice & Community Care's campus is surrounded by nature. Gardens
and outdoor therapy areas are a practical response to our desire to maintain
natural spaces as well as offer therapeutic spaces. Natural areas promote
calmness for patients and families and are utilized as outdoor therapy
areas by Hospice & Community Care staff.
Hospice's campus has five distinct natural areas: chapel, meditation, terrace, children’s and arbor gardens. Each natural space features unique designs tailored to offer patients and their families space to worship, contemplate, reminisce, or refresh themselves. Community members can help the gardens grow and flourish through opportunities to plant trees, flowers, and shrubs in memory of loved ones.
