Why
Give to Hospice?
Donations are an important resource enabling Hospice & Community Care
to provide the highest quality of care, compassion and service to
our patients, their families and the community. Since 1985, Hospice
& Community Care has provided for the physical, emotional and spiritual
needs of patients, families, and members of our community who face
life-limiting illnesses and loss. This high quality supportive care
is provided to all in need, regardless of their age, race, gender,
sexual orientation or ability to pay.
Gifts
to Hospice & Community Care, big or small, provide significant support
for all our services and programs and will make a difference in the
lives of those we serve. All
gifts contributed to Hospice & Community Care are used within our
six-county service area supporting the needs of local families. As
a local, not-for-profit, community-based organization, we are committed
to respect the wishes of donors who consistently tell us they want
to help make a difference for the dying of our communities.

Support Others
Provide for Patients
We accept all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Your gift will be used to bring hospice care to families who do not have the resources and are unable to bear their burden alone.
Support Adults
After the loss of a loved one, sometimes what people need the most is just a person to talk to … someone to listen. Hospice & Community Care has professional grief counselors who are available for individual counseling and support.
Help Children
Hospice & Community Care offers grief camps to provide an opportunity for
children to heal with other grieving children in a safe environment that is supportive while providing a structure to learn, grow and play together.
Assist Families
Hospice & Community Care offers an annual one-day grief support camp for
children and their parents/guardians to participate in grief-related activities to honor and remember the family member or friend that has died.
