Campaign for Hope Pavestones

You can make a lasting statement of your commitment to Hospice & Community Care and to the services we provide. The newest opportunity being offered is personalized pavestones. Pavestones are placed throughout the Hospice Campus in landscaped areas. Honor or memorialize your loved one and make a lasting statement on any of three different sizes:
9” x 9” for $500
6” x 9” for $250
6” x 6” for $100
