Donations are an important resource enabling Hospice & Community Care to provide the highest quality of care, compassion and service to our patients, their families and the community. Since 1985, Hospice & Community Care has provided for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients, families, and members of our community who face life-limiting illnesses and loss. This high quality supportive care is provided to all in need, regardless of their age, race, gender, sexual orientation or ability to pay.
Gifts to Hospice & Community Care, big or small, provide significant support for all our services and programs and will make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

All gifts contributed to Hospice & Community Care are used within our six-county service area supporting the needs of local families. As a local, not-for-profit, community-based organization, we are committed to respect the wishes of donors who consistently tell us they want to help make a difference in their community.

Memorials

The most frequent gift to Hospice & Community Care is a donation in memory of a relative or friend. Memorial gifts give special meaning to the family of the deceased, allowing a donor to express sympathy, love and respect, while contributing to an ongoing cause. Gifts of any amount are gratefully accepted and each is acknowledged with personal correspondence to both the donor and the deceased's family.
